These terms govern your use of the Pouch Tax mobile app, published by Neon Frenchie LLC. By using the app you agree to them.
Pouch Tax is a habit and savings tracker for people cutting down on or quitting nicotine pouches. It turns the pouches you skip into a running dollar figure, tracks streaks, logs cravings and slips, and reminds you what quitting is worth.
Not medical advice. Pouch Tax is not a medical device, is not a treatment, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or a cessation programme. Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional care. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional for personalised help with nicotine withdrawal or cessation medication, especially before stopping abruptly or combining the app with nicotine replacement therapy.
Every money and nicotine figure the app shows is an estimate, calculated from the numbers you enter — your cost per can, pouches per can, pouches per day, and nicotine strength. If those inputs are wrong or your habits change, the outputs will be wrong too. Prices, taxes and consumption vary. Do not rely on Pouch Tax for financial, tax, or medical decisions.
You need an account to use the app, created with Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure, and for the accuracy of what you enter. You must be old enough to legally purchase nicotine products where you live.
Don't use Pouch Tax to break the law, don't try to access other people's data, don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and don't use automated means to hammer our backend. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Your records are yours. You can export them at any time from Settings, and delete your account and all associated data from Settings or via our deletion page. What we store and why is described in the Privacy Policy.
Pouch Tax is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app is designed to keep working during temporary connectivity loss using a local cache, but features that need the network — sign-in, sync, notifications — will not work while you are offline. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.
You can stop using Pouch Tax and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you materially breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pouch Tax is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Neon Frenchie LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make in reliance on the app's estimates. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions — in which case the minimum permitted applies.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date, and where appropriate we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use Pouch Tax after a change means you accept the revised terms.
